My name is Vicky Gillibrand and I am the secretary of Albert Avenue Allotment Association and I want to share some of the great work that goes on at the allotments by all the members.
The plan is this blog will keep you updated as to what goes on behind the gates of an allotment site.
We (the members) have a great time growing our own vegetables and sharing tips on how to make them better and also cook them in some great recipes.

We are an allotment site based in Prestwich.

We have a number of plots that are currently full. We have a waiting list.
